Sliced Red Skin Potatoes, lightly fried, layered with crumbled Goat Cheese and

drizzled with Pesto Oil and Balsamic Vinegar.

 

Italian Stuffed Steak                                                                                      $15

A Red Wine marinated Flank Steak stuffed with fresh Basil, Prosciutto and

Parmesan then grilled & sliced. Served with Garlic Mashed Potatoes and Asparagus.

 

Cajun Chicken Alfredo                                                                                 $14

A Cajun Grilled Chicken Breast on a bed of Fettuccini tossed with sauteed Onions,

Bell Peppers and a spicy Cajun Alfredo Sauce.

 

Apple Butter Grilled Duck                                                                            $15

A 6 ounce Duck Breast grilled to Medium Rare and topped with a

Cinnamon-Apple Butter. Served with Garlic Mashed Potatoes and Asparagus.

 

Mahi Mahi Tacos                                                                                            $13

Three Soft Shell Tacos filled with Blackened Mahi Mahi, Pico de Gallo and Shredded
